Welcome to Pariage. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing any bet or creating an account.
1. Age & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Pariage. We verify age on registration and may request government-issued identification at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed and any remaining balance refunded in accordance with applicable law.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Pariage employees will never ask for your password or PIN.
3. Bets, Payouts & Walk-ins
All bets are final once confirmed and accepted by the Pariage system. Walk-in (cash) bets and credit-pool bets are tracked separately. Payouts are processed in the same pool the bet was placed in. Cancelled or voided bets are refunded to the original pool. Maximum and minimum stake limits apply per draw and per location.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits are credited to your account after we receive confirmation from the payment processor. Withdrawals are subject to daily and per-transaction limits, identity verification, and an optional four-layer cashout security process at the point of payout. Funds that have not yet been wagered may be subject to a rollover requirement before withdrawal, in line with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Pariage for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to manipulate draws or odds, to use multiple accounts to circumvent limits, or to abuse promotional offers. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pariage provides its platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost winnings due to system downtime, network failures, or force majeure events.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and on this page. Continued use of Pariage after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
