Privacy Policy

Effective: June 1, 2026

This policy describes what information Pariage collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum needed to operate a safe, legal gaming platform.

1. Information We Collect

Account data (name, email, phone, country), identity verification documents when required by law, transaction history, device and session metadata (IP, browser, approximate location), and cookies. We never collect more than is needed for the purpose stated at collection.

2. How We Use It

To verify your identity and age, to process deposits, withdrawals, and bets, to prevent fraud and money laundering, to comply with our gaming license obligations, to improve the platform, and to contact you about your account or service changes. We do not sell your personal information — ever.

3. Who We Share It With

Payment processors (to move money), identity-verification vendors (to meet KYC requirements), our gaming regulator (where required by law), and law enforcement (only in response to valid legal process). All vendors are contractually bound to protect your data to the same standard we apply.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your language and preferences, and detect fraud. You can disable cookies in your browser, but the platform may not function correctly without them.

5. Data Retention

We keep account and transaction records for at least five years after your account is closed, as required by anti-money-laundering regulations. After that period, data is deleted or fully anonymized.

6. Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or close your account at any time from Settings → Account. Requests are processed within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to a small number of named personnel and is logged. We commission independent security audits annually.
